Cancellation Policy

Please be aware we have a 50% cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time (unforeseen emergencies / illnesses excluded). If you have pre-paid for a package, the appointment will be deducted from the total amount of appointments in your package.
